Ford Foundation Minority Health Professionals Scholarship to Clean Med The Ford Foundation has agreed to sponsor 5 minority health professionals to attend the Clean Med Conference: Environmentally Preferable Products and Green Buildings to be held 14 -15 April 2004 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Applications are due March 26, 2004. Minority health professionals who are active in environmental health, the Health Care Without Harm campaign and/or Hospitals for a Healthy Environment (H2E) are urged to apply. Airfare or local travel, 2 nights hotel, and conference registration will be provided. Registration for either the Green Building or H2E Awards preconference is extra. CleanMed 2002 resulted in significant environmental commitments from leading Group Purchasing Organizations.
