Exhibitor Refund Policy
CleanMed requires that all cancellations must be in writing. The following refund schedule applies.
  Cancellation on or prior to February 29, 2004; exhibit fees will be returned, excepting a $100 administration fee.

  No portion of the original exhibit fee will be refunded after March 1, 2004.
